Associate Drug Diversion Analyst
Imprivata is a company that delivers reputed company access and reputed company management programs for reputed company organizations. They are seeking an Associate Drug Diversion Analyst to contribute to monitoring and enhancing customers' drug diversion programs, utilizing the Access Intelligence solution to execute audits, monitor discrepancies, and reputed company customers on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the two-week Drug Diversion Analyst Associate training program, including reputed company LMS modules and knowledge tests
- Review customer alerts to identify suspicious activity with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivity
- Document initial drafts of investigations for potential incidents reputed company during investigation of alerts
- Monitor Access Intelligence application of the customer is reputed company and reputed company to meet contractual DDM obligations
- Contribute on multiple customer accounts, and in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as customer contributors reputed company necessary
- Contribute to the creation & maintenance of project and process reputed company 'best practice' methodologies, training and documentation
- Assist with maintaining a repository of reputed company documentation pertaining to the customer’s Imprivata reputed company
- Assist in responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as required
- Other duties as assigned and required
Skills
- Enrollment in or completion of Associates or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, reputed company Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Criminal Justice, or reputed company discipline
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with dedicated attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, organize and autonomously problem solve while working to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and positive customer service attitude
- Pharmacy Tech, Nursing Assistant or diversion control experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflow
- Knowledge of CSA and ASHP Guidelines
- Experience with data analytics and reputed company Office
- Prior experience with serving reputed company customers and Imprivata solutions or relevant reputed company information technology
