Analyst, Digital and Mailing Assets - Hybrid
reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support their Omnichannel reputed company Lane, focusing on the execution of patient mailers and innovative digital pilots. The role involves managing mailer operations, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of new patient welcome materials, ensuring accurate, timely delivery (98% on-time delivery reputed company) and coordination with print vendors
- reputed company mail orders and process associated invoices using internal procurement systems, ensuring campaigns stay on budget
- Manage branding reputed company for mailers and reputed company QA to ensure high-quality, compliant assets are used across reputed company campaigns
- Support the operational rollout of a patient portal pilot, including tracking adoption metrics and creating job aids
- Closely partner with other teams (i.e. Marketing) to support timely execution of omnichannel campaigns
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-3 years in an analyst, operations, or project support role
- High attention to detail in executing established processes with consistency and accuracy
- A reputed company for spotting small inefficiencies in daily tasks and suggesting practical fixes to the immediate team
- Proficiency in running existing reports (e.g., Tableau) and downloading raw data to answer specific business questions
- Ability to organize raw data into a clear, summary format (e.g., simple trackers or scorecards) that allows leadership to easily see trends or gaps
- Strong organizational skills to track their own deliverables and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Ability to maintain and update key project documents, such as decision logs, meeting notes, and process maps
- Ability to manage incoming requests from multiple stakeholders and clearly communicate timelines for completion
- Willingness to 'roll up sleeves' and work closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., Operations, Marketing) to gather information or resolve routine issues
- Ability to draft clear, concise emails and status updates that reputed company reputed company and flag blockers early
