Implementation Associate
myKaarma is a leader in fixed ops solutions for the automotive industry, and they are seeking an Implementation Associate to support the deployment of their SaaS platform. The role involves managing reputed company, upgrades, and configuration support for automotive dealerships, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with dealerships to manage configuration changes, integration setups, and system upgrades
- Support dealerships post-initial setup by configuring products and discerning customer needs reputed company to scheduling opportunities, shop flow, and product deficiencies
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication across internal teams and dealership stakeholders to ensure project completion and timely resolution of concerns
- Contribute to reputed company process improvements by documenting requirements, streamlining deployment processes, and improving customer-facing and internal training materials

Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in the automotive or SaaS industry

- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Suite (Mail, Calendar, Forms, Sheets, etc.), and myKaarma's products/internal 'Admin Tool' portal
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
