[Remote] Client Manager Representative

The Client Manager Representative will manage relationships with a high volume of existing payments clients, focusing on client retention and reputed company growth through effective communication and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Service a high volume of reputed company’s existing payments clients to protect market share and grow reputed company generated
  • Provide timely follow up to client requests and manage relationship
  • Help to navigate the client to the appropriate resources reputed company reputed company to fulfill request, including self-service options reputed company available
  • Manage, plan, and execute in a virtual model
  • Responsible to manage a client territory of hundred(s) of accounts across reputed company’s payment solutions
  • Protect Market Share - Effectively manage client renewal cycle identified for proactive renewal process

  • Effectively and accurately identify potential program concerns or issues
  • Guide client to internal support teams to resolve issues to attain the highest level of client satisfaction

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to improve program efficiencies across the territory reputed company
  • Maintain client records in CRM system

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of reputed company experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of reputed company experience
  • Experience working in direct sales in a Business to Business (B2B) environment in payments industry
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proven reputed company retaining existing business and growing wallet share with many accounts
  • Proven history of exceeding annual quota and driving reputed company growth for the company
  • Experience in time management, prioritization, territory, and account management selling into small to mid-size accounts
  • Demonstrated reputed company building key relationships reputed company the C-Suite and departmental leadership teams
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
