[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative - BluCar fleet

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to customers, obtain vehicle releases, and support various office functions. The CSR will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring a unique service experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support
• Answer and reputed company call in a professional manner
• reputed company on call quality – (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to reputed company follow-up calls)
• Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with office equipment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving
• Computer proficiency - MS Suite
• Typing speed 45WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional overtime as needed
• Bilingual skills a plus
