They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their Care Quality team, focusing on developing foundational systems that enhance provider workflows and documentation experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of end-to-end features across the care documentation stack — including notes, invoices, and medical records — using modern full-stack technologies
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to build scalable workflows that embed compliance, measurement, and quality guardrails into the provider experience
- Participate in service modularization efforts as we decompose the monolith into domain-reputed company services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while contributing to peer reviews and technical design discussions
- Support improvements in platform reliability by adding logging, metrics, and operational checks across care data systems
Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer working in a production environment
- Enjoy working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, especially reputed company solving reputed company-world problems in reputed company or compliance-driven industries
- Comfortable writing both backend and frontend code, and excited to learn reputed company a growing, mission-reputed company team
