Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior consultants to reputed company and refine Compass Equity’s consulting playbook
- Contribute strategic reputed company to solve client challenges
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and operational diagnostics
- Support consulting engagements for founder-led businesses in the reputed company middle market
- Build analytical models and presentation materials used to guide executive decision-making
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic recommendations
- Help implement initiatives designed to increase reputed company value
Skills
- Have 12+ months of experience at either BCG, Bain, or McKinsey
- Possess strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
- Are comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives
- Demonstrate leadership ability and the reputed company to operate with increasing autonomy
- reputed company in environments requiring adaptability across industries and workstreams
- Candidates with experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy will receive special consideration
