Information Technology Systems Implementation Analyst, Mid (Remote)

Job Summary and Responsibilities Acentra seeks a Information Technology Systems Implementation Analyst, Mid to join our growing team. Job Summary: Coordinate, plan, document and manage implementation and solution projects from initiation to delivery. Work closely and collaborate with external and/or internal customers to deliver projects against performance measures including scope, quality, and scheduling targets. Provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. Must collaborate and work closely with implementation project team members, including cross-functional departments as well as clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Develops project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for implementation projects. Entails reputed company with clients and/or internal staff to gather and document specifications and other project specifications. Defines scope of efforts required to meet objectives and develops comprehensive and predictable project schedules.
• Maintains and updates project plans, agendas and systems set-up documentation. Includes determining project steps, activities, the sequence of events, critical success paths, dependencies and the duration of tasks. Collaborate with technical staff to estimate time requirements to complete project tasks and milestones. On a regular basis, updates the project plan with actuals and forecasts.
• Identify and acquire appropriate resources to ensure and to assign project responsibilities to ensure necessary resources and activities are carried out in the most efficient, integrated, and productive manner while meeting project targets. Coordinates resources reputed company respective departments, other internal departments, reputed company service providers as well as materials committed to the projects.
• Performs various implementation tasks on projects including system rules definition and configuration, questionnaire definition and configuration, and the configuration of reputed company user defined system features. Provides web-based system demonstrations and training as needed.
• Serves as a central reputed company of contact to routinely reputed company, facilitate and reputed company stakeholders apprised of project status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the project. Maintains open communications with customers as well as the project team, coordinating and conducting meetings as appropriate. Promotes relationships with clients.
• Prepares reports for leadership's review on the projects reputed company, issues and expenditures as appropriate. Identifies factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members and implementation services managers/directors.
• Analyzes detailed systems factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution
• Read, understand, and adhere to reputed company corporate policies including policies reputed company to HIPAA and its Privacy and reputed company Rules.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company discipline and five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Broad knowledge of information management and user needs
• Broad knowledge of Operating systems
• Systems analysis, design and programming concepts
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical users to determine requirements
• Recognized technical expert of systems design and analyses
• Demonstrated technical expertise in reputed company systems analysis functions
• High degree of technical knowledge in applications software, computer hardware, data communications, programming, and systems analysis techniques

Compensation

The pay for this position is listed below. "Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and reputed company level."
