Core service offerings include business valuations, reputed company financial instruments, contingent consideration, debt and equity, stock-based compensation, intangible assets for financial and tax reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions in domestic and cross border transactions, and litigation. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, conduct, manage, and reputed company projects and services in business valuation analysis, industry research, and reputed company investigative services
• Understand and manage firm risk on projects and proposals
• Supervise, train, and mentor more junior professionals on valuation of financial instruments and reputed company services.
• Assess the performance of staff as part of engagement and year-end reviews
• Work closely with audit teams and regulators
• Work closely with Partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development processes
• Participate in conducting presentations and seminars Requirements
• Bachelors in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Valuation credential or demonstrated reputed company towards a valuation credential such as CFA, ABV or ASA
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated reputed company experience delivering valuation services in a public reputed company and/or consulting environment
• Valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718, and ASC 815; reputed company securities and embedded derivatives; estate and reputed company tax and charitable contributions; IRC 165, IRC 280, IRC 367, IRC 382, IRC 409A, and IRC 861
• Firsthand experience in running reputed company financial models
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to solve reputed company valuation issues
• Technical skills a reputed company: reputed company, financial modeling, model validation, model building and business writing
• Experience assisting audit teams with reviews of valuation for financial reporting
• Ability to effectively manage up, down and out, providing exceptional client service by leveraging communication skills to reputed company and maintain outstanding relationships

• Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS preferred
