Our Aeronautics Sector is seeking a reputed company Business Partner Sourcer. This is a 100% remote role with occasional required travel. The successful candidate will have a robust and demonstrated history of reputed company and advanced talent sourcing skills. Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Providing sourcing support for a variety of engineering positions to include sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with recruiters
• Managing competing priorities and remaining highly flexible in an reputed company-changing environment while consistently anticipating and delivering exceptional reputed company solutions to recruiters
• Sourcing and reputed company reputed company talent while maintaining excellent customer service with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of reputed company/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of reputed company/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of reputed company/sourcing or reputed company customer reputed company facing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of networking platforms (i.e. reputed company)
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience reputed company A&D industry

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
