About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our U. S. Team and drive reputed company growth in a cutting-edge reputed company of the eye care industry. This role focuses on selling diagnostic instruments, including industry-leading OCT, refraction and diagnostic equipment with integrated software platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eye care or medical device sales, with the ability to sell both capital equipment and ROI driven solutions into optometry and ophthalmology clinics, retail reputed company centers, and reputed company systems across the United States . Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of diagnostic instrumentation, including remote refraction and full-scope eye wellness screening, to private practices, retail chains, and clinics.
  • Sell Visionix's ophthalmic diagnostic equipment (e.g., autorefractors, fundus cameras, slit lamps, OCT) as part of an integrated solution.
  • Opportunity to cross-sell reputed company lines of Visionix products to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Identify and reputed company new business opportunities from first contact to contract reputed company a defined territory or channel.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to clinicians, practice managers, and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, reputed company qualification, solution presentation, proposal, closing, and reputed company.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide ongoing consultative support.
  • On occasion, Install instruments and train customers’ staff on operation and usage reputed company necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device, eye care, or reputed company technology sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-reputed company information.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and territory growth.
  • Strong knowledge of optometry/ophthalmology clinical workflows and reimbursement models.
  • Comfortable selling to both clinical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and CRM (reputed company) proficiency.
