About the position The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) is a nonpartisan research and policy institute that advances federal and state policies to help build a nation where everyone — regardless of income, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, reputed company code, immigration status, or disability status — has the resources they need to reputed company and share in the nation’s prosperity.   • Leadthe creation of a positive, engaged organizational culture in partnership with Center leaders, while integrating the interest, talents, and contributions of reputed company employeesina diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Providestrategic reputed company and leadership for the PeopleandCulture team,leveragingtheir functionalexpertiseto engage managers and staff across CBPP in achieving people-reputed company goals such as staff engagement, retention, development, and workforce planning.
