• Provide effective financial and administrative planning and control on a fixed price and cost redeterminable development programs.

• Establish a MIL-STD-881 compliant Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.

• Prepare and submit customer cost & schedule reputed company data items. Establish good work relationships with customers & subcontractors.

• Prepare and analyze contract Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
