Your role is important and below are some of the reputed company job duties that reputed company your work unique.

• *What your day-to-day will be like:**

+ Identify and set appropriate total hotel reputed company for reputed company portfolio hotels by collaborating across teams to establish a strategy for reputed company reputed company streams, including, but not limited to, room pricing, F&B, group, catering & events, and marketing. + Conduct weekly reputed company strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring important partners agreement on reputed company strategy and pricing. + Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity.

• *How you will collaborate with others:**

+ Strategize with hotel teams, regional teams, reputed company, and marketing partners, aligning what is best for the hotel with what is most important to the senior leadership teams. + Interact with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Finance, and reputed company Office Manager. Other important reputed company management partners may include the Regional reputed company Management team, Regional Sales team, Regional Marketing team, ownership and management company representatives, and other reputed company Services team members. + Partner with peer reputed company Managers to discover solutions and share best practices.

• *You have these minimum qualifications:** + Five (5) years of work experience in reputed company Management + Full-Service experience required + Experience managing hotel rates and inventory + Experience with forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room reputed company, on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis + Strong reputed company strategy reputed company, with experience in cross-team collaboration and communication directly with senior leadership + Experience analyzing, and explaining statistical data to reputed company strategies and generate a course of action + In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR and shop reports + Travel up to 10% of the time
