Program Manager 2, NPG Engablement (Hybrid, Seattle)

This position will support the transformational reputed company for the reputed company Product Group, with a primary focus on transforming end-to-end production tracking. This person will be responsible for managing reputed company programs across change management, business deployment, and vendor partner engagement—driving adoption of new ways of working across internal NPG teams and external partners including manufacturers, agents, and factories. This individual is creative, collaborative, and a problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership. Experience with PLM or supply chain technology platforms is a strong plus. A day in the life... Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful program delivery
• 4-year degree in reputed company field preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience with change management and business deployment for technology-driven programs, including training and rollout to external partners
• Experience working with external vendor partners such as manufacturers, agents, and/or factories preferred
