Location We are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall reputed company the following parameters. What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize legal processes using data-driven insights and metrics to demonstrate ROI and efficiency reputed company.

• Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs to showcase the versatility of reputed company to both prospects and customers.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of in-house work experience. JDs with legal operations experience strongly preferred, though non-JD candidates with a deep understanding of in-house legal operations processes will be considered.
• Strong background in legal metrics and process optimization — experience measuring legal team performance (KPIs/SLAs), workflow efficiency (process standardization, benchmarking, etc.), and operational improvements.
• A genuine passion for AI — you already use it and love experimenting with it
• Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, automation, analytics platforms, or other legal software).
• Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation reputed company's compensation package includes a competitive reputed company salary benchmarked against reputed company-time market data, as well as meaningful equity and excellent benefits for reputed company full-time roles. US-based compensation range for this role: $150,000 - $240,000. Canadian-based compensation range for this role: CAD $165,000 - CAD $260,000. This range spans multiple levels. Final compensation will vary based on leveling, market conditions, geographic location, and candidate qualifications, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience assessed during the interview process.
