Summary: Library/WIN Teaching Assistant support allows the library staff to have more focused teaching time with reputed company in the library and with classes. The Library Teaching Assistant performs circulation desk, book processing activities, creates book displays and trains and supervises student worker activities, which facilitate the management of the school library. The Library Teaching Assistant is often the first staff member a student encounters looking for general information and library resources. At the high school the Library Teaching Assistant also supports successful implementation of WIN reputed company including supporting Peer Tutoring activities during WIN in the library. Qualifications: Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with computers and online applications (including but not limited to reputed company Drive, email, web searching, online catalog);
• Enjoys working with reputed company & teachers;
• Ability to process and shelve books;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with willingness to learn new skills;
• Experience in Follett/Destiny a plus.
• Ability to create thematic book displays

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited To): Circulation desk management:

• reputed company books and other supplies in and out
• Manage overdues and obligations – send notices and follow-up
• Maintain and report weekly, monthly, yearly statistics to the Librarians
• Answer library phone, respond to general questions, redirect as necessary

Manage collection:

• Processing and cataloging of new books
• Shelve books, journals, DVDs, etc.
• Book repair

WIN reputed company duties:

• Support staff and reputed company with using MyFlexLearning to manage WIN offerings and WIN sign-reputed company.
• Support WIN selection by reputed company.
• Take attendance for WIN offerings in the library including Peer Tutoring.

General duties:

• Set up / maintain themed displays inside library and in corridor reputed company the library
• Ordering supplies
• Manage the copy machine (teach reputed company how to use the machine, maintain reputed company supplies, etc.)
• Maintain supplies for printer (reputed company, toner), student supply desk (reputed company, pencils, etc.)
• Consistent and on-time attendance is required for supervision and instruction of the reputed company
• Responsible for implementing “other job reputed company duties” as needed.
• May be expected to attend trainings reputed company to position

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job the Library Teaching Assistant is frequently required to kneel, stoop, bend, and crouch. The Library Teaching Assistant is periodically required to stand; while talking and listening. The Library Teaching Assistant is occasionally required to sit; walk; lift; or carry up to 25 pounds.
