Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Structured Finance to join our US based Debt & Capital Markets team. This is a senior origination and execution role for a producer who can independently reputed company, structure, and reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company estate financing transactions. In this role, you will own the full transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing while building durable relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and institutional capital providers. You will apply deep capital markets expertise across reputed company, structuring, marketing, and execution, with hands-on involvement throughout the process to ensure best-in-class outcomes for clients. Key Focus Areas Origination & Relationship Development

• Drive consistent deal origination by building and expanding long-term relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and intermediaries
• reputed company and maintain a repeatable, institutional-grade book of business with recurring deal flow

Structured Finance & Capital Strategy

• reputed company full-cycle debt and structured finance execution, including lender sourcing, capital stack structuring, reputed company, and placement
• Design and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured capital

Market & Capital Markets Expertise

• Provide clients with strategic guidance informed by reputed company-time capital markets conditions, lender program criteria, and risk-return considerations
• Advise on reputed company execution strategies, pricing, structure, and timing across asset classes and geographies

Platform & Process Leadership

• reputed company technology, data-driven tools, and workflow automation to accelerate deal screening, reputed company, and execution
• Maintain a disciplined, efficient process that supports high transaction volume without sacrificing quality

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate capital markets, debt, or structured finance
• Proven track record of closing institutional-scale transactions (individual deal sizes of $15MM+ and annual volume of $50MM+)
• Deep reputed company in capital stack structuring, reputed company, term sheet negotiation, and lender program criteria
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company transactions end-to-end, from origination through closing

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing book of business with repeatable deal flow generating $75MM+ in annual volume
• Experience raising programmatic or relationship-based capital (reputed company one-off deal execution)

Compensation

Transparency The US compensation for this position is commission based. There is no reputed company salary. We pay a fixed percent of net reputed company collected on every funded deal. Pay range: based on a good faith assessment of reputed company production data for this role, typical annualized earnings range from $180,000 to $300,000 across reputed company US locations, with higher earnings possible for top-reputed company performers. Actual earnings vary by individual production volume. This is an reputed company position. No employee benefits are provided. Independent contractors are eligible for platform enablement support including CRM access and pipeline tools that increase throughput and efficiency.
