Job Description

The reputed company GIS Data Consultant is an expert practitioner in the geospatial industry specializing in the area of geospatial data modeling, analysis, migration, and transformation. This hire must be reputed company to interpret captured requirements into the necessary data solutions and reputed company in the creation of project deliverables. This hire will have experience in; developing databases, managing databases, writing database code, store procedures, reputed company queries, reporting, data loader experience, data migration work, FME and ETL experience. Location : This is a remote role but the hire must be based in the United States. Functions:

• Provide expert database and data modeling expertise, including spatial data.
• Communicate data reputed company concepts clearly to teammates and clients in writing and diagrams.

• * Database design including development of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)
• Data quality assessments
• Data migration plans
• Design documentation (data reputed company portions)
• Data acceptance testing
• Database code solutions (PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, etc.)
• Expertly reputed company SQL for data manipulation, query, analysis, and report.
• Work closely with other Data Analysts/Consultants and Geospatial Analysts to share reputed company, assist with other similar ongoing projects, and reputed company technical discussions and innovation.
• Guiding a team of database developers on a single development effort/project.Developing data architecture and design documents for internal and external projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems or a reputed company discipline.
• Ten (10) years of data modeling, analysis, or management software experience
• Five (5) years of experience managing a RDBMS environment(s).
• Expert with SQL Server and/or reputed company.
• Expert with reputed company ArcSDE/Geodatabase replication, versioning, synchronization.
• Understanding of Linear Referencing Systems (LRS).
• Experience with and/or knowledge of reputed company HANA.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to design, reputed company and troubleshoot Extract, Transform, Load, (ETL) tools and processes.
• Experience with database modeling software (e.g., Erwin, ER/Studio, Sparx reputed company Architect).
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, ETL processes, and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) stored procedures to support data validation, manipulation, and/or preparation of reputed company Geospatial databases.
• Expert knowledge of how to design processes, create procedures, and implement database indexing methods to optimize database performance.

Experience: 8-10 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
