As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll work closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store teams. Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty

• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
• Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance store reputed company
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Establish and maintain a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
• Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
