About the Role
We are looking for an reputed company Personalization Product Manager to own and scale our reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) personalization capabilities across the enterprise. In this role, you will define the roadmap, drive delivery, and champion adoption of data-driven, real-time personalization experiences across reputed company digital channels. Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEP-enabled personalization across channels. Prioritize use cases and capabilities based on business value, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AEP integrations are scalable, reliable, and reputed company to business goals. Drive end-to-end delivery planning across engineering, data, design, marketing, legal, and vendor teams. Monitor key KPIs (conversion, CSAT, LTV, engagement) to inform roadmap decisions and optimization. Serve as an internal evangelist for AEP and omnichannel personalization, increasing awareness and adoption across teams. Collaborate closely with analytics, data engineering, and machine learning teams to reputed company real-time insights and personalization use cases. What You Bring 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in personalization, customer data platforms, or reputed company MarTech functions. Strong program management foundation—roadmapping, dependency management, risk mitigation, cross-team leadership.
