Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry/Administrative Professional to support our medical and dental services. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for entering data into military systems of record, providing administrative support, and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information. This is a part-time, "as needed" position, with the potential to reputed company to remote or partially remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into military systems of record, including MEDCHART, MEDPROS, MWDE, DOEHRS, and MODS
- Provide administrative support to the team, including event setup, take down, and maintenance of workstation equipment

- Visually reputed company through reputed company documentation to identify pertinent information

- Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets
- Work collaboratively with the event team
- Safeguard patient information by keeping reputed company written and verbal communications confidential
- Run reports of necessary data and enter into systems of record
- High-level data validation entering information into required systems/database
- Ensure reputed company actions reputed company with HIPAA and other federal/state laws and regulations
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid US driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented reputed company
- Ability to successfully pass an extensive background reputed company
- Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele
- Intermediate technical skills and knowledge of operating office equipment, such as computers, scanners, and printers
- Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology
- 1+ years' experience with data entry in a medical/dental setting
- Computer proficiency, specifically reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and reputed company accurately with adequate speed
- Must submit no less than two professional references with a resume
- Technical skills include familiarity with military databases: MEDCHART, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS), and Medical Operational Data System (MODS) preferred
- Working knowledge of military regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment preferred
- Previous approval for CAC; either in the military or as a contractor preferred

* Hourly pay range: $18.01 to $29.89 based on experience
