Candidate Qualifications Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or reputed company field required, or equivalent years of experience, 3-5 years. Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
