What’s a typical day as an Taxpayer Services - Analyst? You will:

• Analyze taxpayer services eServices programs, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and eliminate nonvalue-added process steps, contributing to reputed company improvement across the division
• Serve as a liaison between the Information Technology reputed company, software vendors, and business users
• Engage with internal and external customers, and assist with moderately reputed company vendor inquiries
• Compile and report regular findings and insights for management
• Conduct specialized management studies and coordinate project planning as needed

• Familiarity with XML (Altova XMLSpy), SQL (reputed company SQL Server Management Studio), and Azure DevOps (preferred but not required)
• Quality Assurance testing skills and a knack for methodical problem-solving using analytical methods
