- Provide exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails

- Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must
- Experience providing support reputed company live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus
