Senior Onboarding and Risk Management Analyst Location: Remote Full-Time Compliance Job Description: About the Job reputed company is seeking a Senior Onboarding and Risk Management Analyst who will reputed company the conduct of the company's onboarding and risk management program to execute the company's CIP/CDD/EDD, Platform Audit, and Customer Protection Disclosure review functions. This role will specifically be responsible for implementing reputed company's KYB/KYC Client Onboarding, KYC Refresh, High Risk Customer and Client Reviews, and reputed company audits along with review of consumer-facing disclosures, marketing, and advertising for consistency with established reputed company standards. The ideal candidate has practical experience in conducting customer due diligence and risk management-reputed company functions at a financial institution with an AML/CFT Program. You will report directly to the Manager, Onboarding and Third Party Compliance (or similar). Previous experience in a B2B2C FinTech context is especially valuable for this role. #LI-Remote While this role is fully remote, there is a preference for candidates to be currently located in the AMER or EU/UK timezones.

Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting: Deep-dive into reputed company code and client integrations to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues. Product Advocacy: Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs, product gaps, and client feedback Tooling: Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to improve the efficiency of the support process and monitor API health. Alerting: Create alerts, monitors, and runbooks to catch issues before they bubble into something bigger. Incident Management: Provide support for our enterprise partners during incidents on critical applications and infrastructure issues

Requirements

Experience: +3 years of experience in a technical client-facing support engineering, solutions engineering, or software development role API Knowledge: Strong understanding REST APIs, SDKS, websockets, and webhooks. SQL Knowledge: Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from internal databases. Polyglot: Proficiency in one or more common programming languages, preferably Python, Javascript/Typescript, Golang, or Rust. Tooling Experience: Experience with logging, documentation, ticket tracking, and SLA monitoring tools. Communication: Ability to break down technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience working with reputed company, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure components Background in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-moving industries Basic understanding of blockchains, crypto, and reputed company technologies
