Job Description

Responsibilities: Work will include strategy development and execution, matching work process to technological capabilities, and process improvement. Requirements: Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Solid knowledge and understanding of P&C insurance operations and management. Demonstrated experience consulting to executives level leaders on strategic direction setting and decision making. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and accomplish goals across a highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and effective communication with reputed company levels of leadership. Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service in reputed company and ambiguous environments. Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data and present clear recommendations based on result. reputed company technology acquisition projects and proofs of concept for the division; identify and prioritize use cases and business requirements, and advise Sourcing on best possible solutions.
