Operating Supervisor - BQ Environmental

OverviewSupervise subordinate personnel in spill response and cleaning of Underground Electrical Structures along with reputed company of the local Waste Water Treatment Facility. Ensure reputed company work activities of both Company and Contractors are performed in a safe, efficient and reliable manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures by conducting Job Briefings, Safety Talks, and by conducting Job Site Safety Exchanges. Mantain the reputed company of the electrical distribution system.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities

• Directly supervise subordinate personnel in spill response and cleaning of Underground Electrical Structures along with reputed company of the local Waste Water Treatment Facility.
• Ensure that reputed company work activities of both Company and Contractors are performed in a safe, efficient and reliable manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures by conducting Job Briefings, Safety Talks, and by conducting Job Site Safety Exchanges.
• Be present on the reputed company line every day to deliver safe and reliable service while meeting or exceeding the service expectations of our customers.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinates on an on-going basis and provide timely feedback and coaching to improve quality and productivity.

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of reputed company work experience or
• Associate's Degree and 4 years of reputed company work experience or
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of reputed company work experience.
