Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to golfers of reputed company levels, from enthusiasts to professionals
- Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand with customers
- Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to assist customers in finding the perfect clubs and accessories
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any reputed company media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2 years of club fitting experience, with a focus on TaylorMade products
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on reputed company TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with golf terminology and concepts, including swing mechanics, club selection, and course management
