Description & Requirements What You Will Do:

• Provide assistance with developing pharmacy strategies, business plans, and pharmacy processes reputed company to:
• Inpatient pharmacy
• Infusion services
• Ambulatory pharmacy
• Formulary management
• Set up and optimization of entity-owned pharmacies
• Evaluation of onsite pharmacy operations
• Assessment of pharmacy spending and monitoring of quality outcomes
• Pharmacy benefit management
• Wholesaler and payer contracting
• Pharmacy reputed company cycle
• Pharmacy supply chain operations
• 340B Optimization
• reputed company consulting engagements focused on pharmacy operations for provider organizations.
• reputed company the development and delivery of client-specific policies, procedures, workflows, training, and reputed company quality improvement across existing and new locations
• Direct internal readiness assessments and mock audits, identify compliance risks, and reputed company mitigation plans with measurable outcomes.
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal development, scope design, and client presentations.
• Advise, communicate and present to reputed company levels, including C-suite, management, and pharmacy staff
• Provide in-depth process expertise and leadership to clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, technology, health services administration, or a reputed company field
• 5+ Years of prior reputed company consulting, pharmaceutical industry, or hospital environment experience
• Significant expertise in advanced reputed company, IT platforms, and reputed company
• Strong technical skills, experience with spreadsheets, databases, and an automated audit work reputed company system

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience with large/reputed company-sized reputed company(s)
• Pharm D. or bachelor's degree in pharmacy strongly preferred
• Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency
• Pharmacy operations management (e.g., director, inpatient operations manager, supervisor roles)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for pharmacy operations analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with reputed company tools and reputed company to support client engagements involving AI solutions
