JOB SUMMARY – To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company each essential duty satisfactorily. Primary responsibilities include routine and non-routine tax and reputed company tasks in reputed company aspects of direct and indirect domestic and international tax, including: preparation of tax returns, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, data maintenance, and other tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual Global income tax provision reputed company in accordance with USGAAP ASC 740, including financial statements and reputed company footnotes.
• Preparing transaction tax (VAT, sales/use, business & occupation, gross receipts, and property tax) returns for monthly, quarterly and annual filings.
• Interpreting and complying with state, local and international statutes, regulations, and legislation
• Month end closing journal entry preparation.
• Assist in tax planning projects and other tax-reputed company initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with tax reputed company internal controls.
• reputed company period end account reconciliations (balance sheet and income statement accounts)
• Assist with preparation of federal, state and local, international income tax returns, extensions and estimated payments.
• Participates with federal and state tax audits.
• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements

• Bachelor Level of Degree in the reputed company or reputed company field of study
