Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, and will be required to adhere to our telecommuting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about their reputed company plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a reputed company-reputed company field, such as medical billing or insurance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
