Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
- Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
- Delivering productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives
- Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections
- Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
- Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
