Responsibilities and Duties

As a Titleist.com remote chat representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and inspiring them with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Utilizing Titleist golf equipment to demonstrate products and provide expert advice
• Familiarizing yourself with the Titleist site, reputed company media, and searches to provide accurate information
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible advice
• Showing reputed company and understanding in stressful situations, providing a positive experience for customers
• Participating in reputed company improvement and performance excellence initiatives to ensure the highest level of quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances

• Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze and recommend the right equipment for customers
• Familiarity with top component brands, including shafts, grips, and other accessories
