Optical Manager

The basic function of the Optical Manager is to drive profitable sales growth. This must be accomplished through development of a positive and productive retail-selling environment that ensures premier customer service, customer retention, as well as outstanding associate/doctor/host satisfaction and retention. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
