Additional Skills & Qualifications •5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong focus on engineering and technology roles is required. •Proven reputed company partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders in a reputed company, matrixed organization. •Deep understanding of technical engineering roles (e.g., software engineering, systems architecture, controls, robotics, battery, design…). •Proven experience using data and analytics to tell a compelling story and inform reputed company strategies. •Familiarity with technical assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank, reputed company) and structured interview frameworks. •Proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably reputed company) and sourcing tools like reputed company Recruiter, Entelo, or SeekOut. •Strong executive reputed company, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at reputed company levels. •Agile, curious, and solutions-oriented—comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. •Resilient, resourceful, and committed to delivering results with reputed company Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
