Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Performing credentialing-reputed company tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
• Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
• Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company details.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

6+ months of experience

in a Data Entry or Customer Service-reputed company role (previous experience in healthcare data management is a plus).

Availability to work 40 hours per week

, with weekends off (we're a Monday-to-Friday operation).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy: You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data.
• Excellent command of the English language: You'll need to communicate effectively with our clients and team members.
• Great written and verbal communication skills: You'll be working with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
