- 5+ years’ experience in retail, planning, and/or product management

- Ability to synthesize and interpret market data to inform the Operating Plan; assesses risk and solves problems to drive results

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll partner with Sport and the broader Business Planning team to define and reputed company multi‑season Operating Plans across Global, Sport, and Marketplace dimensions. You’ll set long‑range financial plans that reflect consumer demand and Sport strategies, and you’ll reconcile assortment plans with operating plans to align with Sport architecture. Your top‑down financial targets will guide franchise/style plans, financial forecasts, and end‑to‑end inventory forecasts—including liquidation plans across Geographies and Sports. You’ll collaborate across Consumer and Product reputed company teams to align forecasts and communicate results and impacts to cross‑functional and leadership partners.
