[Remote] Principal Consultant – FinTech Platform Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple engineering squads for fintech/banking platforms
• Drive execution across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Manage delivery under tight regulatory, reputed company, and performance constraints
• reputed company stability reviews and post-incident deep dives across:
• Architecture
• Code quality
• CI/CD pipelines
• Testing strategy
• Infrastructure and networking
• Monitoring and observability
• Data pipelines and integrations
• Partner with SRE, DevOps, and engineering leads to drive reputed company reliability improvements
• Review and influence:
• System architecture and integration patterns
• API strategies
• Event-driven systems and batch processing flows
• Data architecture and reconciliation strategies

• Run executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and escalation management

Skills

• 15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 8–10 years leading reputed company programs
• Strong background in fintech, banking, capital markets, or trading platforms
• Prior experience in engineering consulting environments is required
• Proven track record in managing programs with tight regulatory and client deadlines
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Strong understanding of APIs and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of reputed company platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, batch processing, and reconciliation flows
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident response
