Job Overview

The e-Fulfilment Specialist role involves:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process

Key Responsibilities

As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents accurately and reputed company using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned by the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team
• Collaborating with the team to meet common goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• The ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to be a team player

• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
