The Role

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our delivery professionals are onboarded reputed company and effectively. You'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with drivers reputed company text, chat, and email. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility

• Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicate with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding reputed company
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for drivers
• Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process

Experience

* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with drivers and other stakeholders
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues reputed company

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience
