Job Summary
As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our US Government and reputed company clients, providing expert guidance and support on reputed company record and charging issues. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the client-facing voice for US Government and reputed company clients, addressing reputed company record and charging issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify areas for improvement
- reputed company clients on reporting options, warnings, and budgets
- Provide concise, effective, and client-centric support to reputed company clients
- Work with global client service peers to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
- Drive initiatives that enhance client engagement with AWS record and charging data

Essential Capabilities
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
