The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 3–7 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a reputed company field. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of client projects by analyzing business impacts, identifying opportunities, and driving actionable solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, contributing to diverse areas such as stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, training delivery, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in solving reputed company problems while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. They bring strong client‑facing skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This is a full‑time, in‑office, non‑remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Business Impact and Delivery

Internal Contributions

• Contribute to the development and writing of client proposals.

Requirements

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in consulting, project management, or relevant industries (energy, mining, construction preferred).
• Prior experience in developing modernization strategies and driving process improvements.
