Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service with reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service with reputed company

• Assist patients with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
• Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
