Job Summary:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting internal and external customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing partners with order entry, customer support, and sales support. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates living in the Eastern or Central time zone. Key Responsibilities:
To reputed company in this role, you'll be responsible for:
Administrative Functions:
+ Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in our order entry system, including orders, quotes, returns, and more. + Maintain accurate customer and territory records, facility records, and document reputed company customer interactions. + Generate reports to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory guidelines. + Verify price and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer profitability profiles. + Multitask and work reputed company multiple computer systems and communication platforms simultaneously. + Maintain a reputed company knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Customer Support:

Compensation:
The potential compensation range for this role is $15.43 - $19.09, with the final offer amount based on various factors such as candidate location, experience, and skills.
