What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
• Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router, as well as a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment (provided by arenaflex).
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Extra Credit:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
• Experience working from home, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a virtual setting.
