The Role

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert-level support and guidance to clients on big data and charging issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects to resolve reputed company technical issues
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent escalations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's cloud infrastructure, including reputed company EC2 and reputed company S3
  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues through root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Communicating reputed company technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Documenting and sharing knowledge with the team to improve processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud computing or big data environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot reputed company technical issues
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, including reputed company EC2 and reputed company S3
  • Experience with big data and charging issues, preferably in a cloud computing environment
  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts, including networking, reputed company, and data storage

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud computing or big data environment
  • Experience with arenaflex's cloud infrastructure and services
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
