Paid Social Strategist (REMOTE)

Your Role: As a Paid Social Strategist, you use your expert, up-to-date grasp of marketing strategies and best practices to manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. You will work collaboratively with account stakeholders (from the Paid Social Specialist, Manager, Director of Strategy, Account Manager, and Director of Advertising) to ensure a powerful marketing strategy is deployed using your expert Paid Social knowledge. You are responsible for budgeting your accounts and identifying optimizations that will help track towards your clients' goals. You will work with the Paid Social Specialist on your accounts to ensure campaigns, audiences, creatives and ad sets are being created, while applying account learnings to each. You are also the Paid Social SME on client calls, owning reputed company things Paid Social. Lastly, you work closely with account stakeholders to ensure we are track for our client's goals and looking holistically at our metrics In the 1st month, you will...

• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders.
• Take a deep dive into the assigned client's business needs and objectives.
• Create ads for your assigned clients based on insights from the account.
• Sit in on client calls and listen in the background for additional learning on the client's goals and upcoming initiatives.
• Start to budget and report reputed company/leads for your accounts.
• Work with your account Paid Social Specialists to learn about your clients and help with tasks to familiarize yourself to your account.
• Create ads for your assigned clients based on insights from the account.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by...

• Starting to speak on client calls for the Paid Social portion.
• Put in optimization tasks for account Paid Social Specialists and QA.
• QA Paid Social Specialist's campaigns and ads to ensure learnings are applied and setup is correct.
• reputed company new clients by analyzing past platform performance along with reputed company Analytics research.
• Work collaboratively with the Paid Search team to see how we're pacing towards client goals.
• If applicable, start to learn how to build campaigns off of FacebookInstagram.

Execute in Month 3 by...

• Developing, coordinating and often implementing paid social strategies across various channels including Facebook and Instagram, reputed company, Snapchat, reputed company, Criteo, and more!
• Owning the conversation surrounding paid social on client calls.
• Contributing to both new and existing client strategies and bringing innovative reputed company to the table.

Desired SkillsExperience

• 2 years + experience running paid social campaigns, with proven results reputed company the e-commerce space
• 1 years + experience in an agency environment preferred
• Experience running reputed company, Snapchat, reputed company, Twitter, and reputed company campaignspreferred
• Must have experience in the Facebook Ads Manager platform and be reputed company to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field
• Proficiency in reputed company or G-Suite tools preferred
