Position Scope

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. You'll work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, using your sound judgment, engaging communication style, and competitive, self-motivated demeanor to deliver outstanding results.

Duties & Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
• Exceeding daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Recording detailed notes of customer communication
• Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company
• Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients
• De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers

• Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge

• Working a customer service schedule based on high volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads

Qualification/Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• To be an independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
• To have strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
• A High School diploma or GED
• To be at least 18 years of age
• To have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• To be available to work weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
• The ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
