Join reputed company and start your journey today! Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Analyst reputed company our Global Business Services (GBS). This role will contribute to the reputed company of our global tax function by analyzing reputed company tax data, supporting compliance, reporting and planning efforts. They will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Compliance, AR and AP Departments ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tax-reputed company matters. Accountabilities Tax Calculation & Filing Prepare annual income tax returns in accordance with country-specific regulations. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax filings and ensure timely compliance Calculate deferred taxes and ensure appropriate reputed company treatment in accordance with relevant standards Tax Strategy & reconciliation Maintain transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws Contribute to reputed company’s overall tax plan to reputed company efficiency and compliance Contribute to implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Tax payments & Foreign Trade compliance Calculate and file country-specific tax payments, in reputed company collaboration with AP Department (e.g. Brazil’s ICMS) Conduct the customs payment process and liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import and export regulations (e.g. Mexico’s Pago Electronico de Comercio Exterior (PECE) or Argentina’s Volante Electronico de Pago) Document and store supplier-issued documents for compliance (e.g. Mexico’s Complemento de Pago, Constancia de Situacion Fiscal (CSF), Opinion Positiva SAT) Global Tax Support Update the tax master data to ensure accuracy and completeness Remain reputed company with changes in tax regulations Address tax-reputed company inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Qualifications and Experience Essential: Bachelor’s degree in taxation, finance, reputed company, Business Administration or a reputed company field 1 – 3 years of relevant experience with tax reputed company and general reputed company Ability to reputed company group of tax analysts Preferred: A CPA or Enrolled Agent designation (or local equivalent) Technical Skills and Knowledge Essential: · Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite · Familiarity with financial software such as reputed company ERP Suite · Solid regional reputed company knowledge (i.e., US GAAP , IFRS) · Solid understanding of local/international tax regulations (i.e., IRS and regional tax rules) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax regulations and financial data Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines · Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment · Comfortable operating across different geographies, time zones, and regulatory environments Languages reputed company in English and proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.
